Transition Year Week was organised by the nZEB-Retrofit team for the second level students at Civil Engineering Department, College of Engineering and Informatics. A very engaging week of activities for 29 TY students was arranged.  The theme was 'Reimagining the works of Peter Rice', a  world famous Irish civil engineer. Students were given tutorials on using 3D modelling tools such as Google Sketchup. The task given to them was to design a new airport for Galway.
