The Irish Green Building Council, in conjunction with the Department of Energy is working to build a community of experts and stakeholders to develop the v2.0 national renovation strategyIland must deliver by April 2017 under the Energy Efficiency Directive. On that day, the participants discussed measures that could increase the rate of deep renovation taking place in the residential buildings sector in urban areas.
As part of this process, Dr. Jamie Goggins was invited to the workshop on large scale deep-renovation in the residential buildings sector (urban areas) representing nZEB-Retrofit team, National University of Ireland, Galway.
