Paul Moran of the nZEB-RETROFIT team was awarded a poster prize for his PhD research at the NUI Galway Energy Night 2017 organised at Alice Perry Engineering building. His poster was entitled: ‘The influence of retrofitting and occupant behaviour on the energy consumption and internal environment of Irish residential buildings’. The NUI Galway Energy Night is an annual event, now in its seventh year. It is the first and largest student-run energy event, and includes a high-profile panel discussion and energy-related research showcase.
