Dr Richard Manton of the nZEB-RETROFIT project team organised a public panel discussion entitled ‘Rebuilding Ireland: Solid foundations or hollow promises for housing?’ to discuss the Government’s housing action plan. The discussion focused on policy, planning, finance and building standard, and included contributions from engineers, other construction professionals, property managers, local politicians, members of civil society organisations and community activists.
